Stap 1

Fill two small glasses with a layer of cookie crumble and chopped nuts. Keep a third of the cookie crumble separate, for finishing touches

Stap 2

Mix the Pa’lais Nature with lemon zest and lemon juice. Taste and add more if needed.

Stap 3

Spread the lemon spread over the cookies.

Stap 4

Coarsely crush the raspberries and spread over the lemon spread.

Stap 5

Allow to set and cool in the refrigerator for 15-30 min.

Stap 6

Finish with the remaining cookie crumble just before serving.


Also delicious with speculaas cookies or chocolate chip cookies.
