Pa’lais Cuisine – Bechamel is a plant-based alternative to the classic Bechamel sauce but without milk, cream, butter or flour. It brings a creamy and tasty texture to your lasagnes or vegetable gratins. Use this Bechamel sauce to prepare your lasagne or potato gratins. Pour it over your vegetables in a white sauce such as cauliflower and broccoli. Make a delicious bianco pizza. Surprise yourself with deliciously soft textures in all your dishes. Season to taste. Shake well before use.
Usage : shake well before use, gently warm up for 2 minutes while stirring. Add water if necessary. This is a natural product, separation is normal.
