Step 1
Fry the no-chick’ pieces golden brown and crispy in some olive oil. Season with pepper and sea salt.
Step 2
Toast the bread slices in a toaster or grill pan.
Step 3
Spread two slices of bread with a spoonful of Pa’lais Garlic & Fine Herbs. Divide the no-chick’ pieces and red onion rings over them.
Step 4
Spread another two slices of bread with Pa’lais Garlic & Fine Herbs and place on top of the slices of bread with no-chick’ pieces and red onion.
Step 5
Then place slices of avocado on top, season with salt and pepper and finish with the leafy greens.
Step 6
Close the club sandwich with the last slices of bread and cut each sandwich into two triangles. Insert a skewer into each triangle.
Tip 1
Extra delicious with a spoonful of veganaise on the last slice of bread.
Tip 2
Also delicious with fried tempeh bacon.

6 square slices of (gluten free) bread
1 cup of Pa’lais Garlic & Fine Herbs
1 avocado
1/4 red onion, in rings
2 handfuls of leafy greens
Olive oil, black pepper and sea salt
