Lunchbox rainbow wrap

Lunchbox rainbow wrap

STEP 1

Thinly slice all vegetables with a knife, mandolin or food processor. Set aside.

STEP 2

Spread Pa’lais on the bottom third of the wrap, and build up in layers by adding all the greens.

STEP 3

Gather the greens on the bottom 1/3 of the wrap, fold the bottom over the ingredients, tuck in the sides to secure the filling, and roll further away from you until the wrap is closed.

STEP 4

Cut in half to make the wrap fit into the lunch box. Prepare extra wraps (depending on the appetite of your little monsters) that you can keep covered in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days.

TIP 1

Also very tasty with nuts, seeds and/or fruit (such as grapes, apple or peach). This way your child gets extra vitamins and minerals and you have that extra crunch experience.

TIP 2

If you want to save even more time, buy pre-cut vegetables. These are at least as tasty and healthy.
