Step 1
Spread the Pa’lais Cucumber & Chives on a small plate or low bowl. Make trenches with a spoon.
Step 2
Drizzle the molasses and olive oil in circles over the spread.
Step 3
Divide the pistachios, pomegranate seeds and fresh herbs over the spread.
Step 4
Finish with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Serve with baked flatbread.
Tip
You can find pomegranate molasses in the Turkish or Middle Eastern supermarket. Replace it with sweet, syrupy balsamic vinegar if necessary.

1 cup of Pa’lais Cucumber & Chives
1 tbsp pomegranate molasses
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp pistachios, coarsely chopped
2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
Handful of fresh herbs (chives, flat parsley, mint, etc.), coarsely chopped
Black pepper & sea salt
To go with it: baked flatbread
